The condolance ceremoney of the late Shaheed Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani, Minister of Refugees, took place at the ARG Grand Mosque, with the presence of Afghanistan's Prime Minister, Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, Deputy Administrative Officer Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, and several cabinet members.

In an announcement, the ARG Palace mentioned that the event was graced by the attendance of Interior Minister Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani, National Defense Minister Maulvi Mohammad Yaqub Mujahid, religious scholars, and Mujahideen. 

Participants in the ceremony offered prayers for the departed soul of Shaheed Haqqani. 

The funeral proceedings of Shaheed Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani have been ongoing for the past two days, drawing hundreds of attendees, including senior officials and cabinet members.
